Hi, I’m Andres, an Expedition Leader and Naturalist Guide in the Galápagos Islands.

Passion for travel is in my blood, and for more than 20 years, I have explored the many different regions in my country, Ecuador. I started as a Naturalist in the Amazon rain forest and then moved to the Ecuadorean highlands, hiking and trekking with travelers to explore the unique grassland ecosystem and snow-capped volcanoes, which we climbed to the summit. Finally, I moved to the Galápagos Islands, where the unique wildlife and nature amaze me with every encounter.  I continually marvel at how, over the centuries, the forces of nature have shaped this place I call home.
