Hi, I’m Juan Carlos Flores!

I was born and raised in Ecuador and have spent my life exploring the breathtaking diversity of Latin America, a region I’m deeply passionate about. I graduated in Administration and Electromechanics, but my true calling has always been travel and adventure. As a natural explorer and seeker of unique experiences, I’ve dedicated my last years to tourism, sharing the wonders of Latin America with travelers from all over the world.

I live in Quito, nestled in the heart of the Andes, and I’m a passionate adventurer at heart. I love downhill and enduro biking, mountain hiking, rock climbing, diving, and exploring the stunning mountains, beaches, and jungles of our continent—all of which can often be reached within short distances.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, service management, and after-sales operations, I’ve honed my skills in handling important clients and building strong, personalized commercial relationships. My focus is always on delivering the best experiences, optimizing time and resources, and creating unforgettable trips with the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
